In late 2008, the leadership of the church met to discuss and develop a five year strategic plan for this church.  Those goals were presented to the congregation, and affirmed in February 2009.  The various committees and organizations within the church have been working towards achieving these goals.  Please keep in mind that these are five year goals, so we do not expect to reach complete success immediately.  Be assured that we are still working, and concrete plans are being made to continue to strive towards achieving these goals.  We are open to suggestions for new programs that will help in reaching these goals, or volunteers willing to help out in any area.  Please contact Bryan Salisbury with any ideas or offers of service.

Below is a brief summary of the progress that has been made to date on each of these goals as of Fall 2012.

Goal 1 - Continue to develop and expand youth and children’s programs

Goal 2 - Increase spiritual growth within the congregation

Goal 3 - Increase support ministries

Goal 4 - Increased number of fellowship gatherings

Goal 5 - Increased Evangelistic Outreach and Missions

Goal 6 - Assess needs and expand facilities as required

Goal 7 - Increased focus on becoming a tithing church

Goal 8 - Partner with an inner city Church
